At Cosmic Crystals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. The following policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for orders placed through www.cosmiccrystals.co.in.
Return and Replacement Policy
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, all gemstone, crystal, and personalized items are non-returnable once delivered and accepted. Exceptions may apply in the event of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
- Eligibility for Return/Replacement:
- Only cases of damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered items are eligible for return or replacement, subject to approval.
- Rerurn/Replacement Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery and must be supported by an unboxing video. Without an unboxing video showing the condition of the product upon opening, we may be unable to process your request.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all inserts or accessories.
- Exclusions: Products cannot be returned or replaced for reasons such as personal preferences, minor imperfections, or color/size variations. Please review product details and sizing carefully before purchase.
- Replacement / exchange of products will be delivered in 7 working days.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- If a product is out of stock and cannot be delivered.
- If the delivered item is damaged, defective, or incorrect and meets eligibility requirements.
- If the shipment is delayed, and delivery is not completed within 15 days from order placement.
- Refunds Method:
- Prepaid order refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
- For COD orders, customers will be requested to provide bank details for initiating a refund.
- If a return is approved, credit may also be issued as a store coupon or gift card, redeemable on future purchases through Cosmic Crystals.
- Inspection:
- Replacements or refunds are only issued after inspection and approval of evidence (photos/unboxing video) by our support team. The decision of our team is final in such cases.
Return & Exchange Procedure
- To request a return or replacement, email our team at nexusmarketingmum@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number, the issue described, and clear photos and unboxing video.
- Upon eligibility confirmation, we will arrange a return pickup if available, or request you to courier the item to our return address.
- Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your return/replacement and the next steps.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, requests for changes or product exchange of equivalent value may be accommodated until the order is picked for shipment. Please contact us immediately for such requests.
- Orders delayed beyond 15 days without shipment are eligible for full refund upon request.
Exceptions
- Sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Products damaged due to use, improper handling, or without original packaging will not be accepted for return.
- No returns or replacements are accepted for customer dislike, minor cosmetic flaws, or slight size/color variations.
